COMPLETE program consisting of six training modules, two days long each.
The first day always introduces a new tool, while the second day consists of practical simulations and a hands-on approach, applying the new tool to the business reality of your company.

Each participant is evaluated individually and the results of this evaluation are communicated to your company at the end of each training.
1st Training: Participants understand how to detect what is most important for each team member at that moment in his life, how they like to carry out their work, what their strengths are and that will allow them to distribute tasks according to the profile of each element.
This tool strengthens the bonds between the Leader and his team.
2nd Training: Participants develop questioning skills and techniquesand how to detect:
In this training we work motivation and delegation.
3rd Training: Participants will improve their ability to delegate and assign new responsibilities or tasks to various team members, adjusting how to communicate and teach something new, so that it is understood and memorized quickly. Communication becomes more effective and efficient and each explanation simpler and faster.
Task assignment, communication, delegation and the ability to teachyour team are reinforced at this level.
4th Training: Participants discover how to deal with each team member, when to be more careful, how to control the most challenging personalities, who needs to have their self-esteem and self-confidence reinforced, making each interaction more predictable and effective.
In this training we mainly work on improving the working environment.
5th Training: Participants will learn to read their team members’ body language and micro-expressions, improving their own non-verbal communication, being able to anticipate and manage any interaction at any time. This tool is very useful for managing each element individually, but also for team meetings.
6th Training: Once all the skills are assimilated, some coaching toolscan make all the difference regarding the way the leader supports his team and helps each element to design his career, making a difference in the lives of those he leads.
It is the leader’s responsibility to ensure that each element that he works with attains professional growth and when he becomes independent is a richer and more prepared person.
